FamilyFun Magazine Offers Grants in Honor of Families That Volunteer Together

In partnership with DisneyHand, ABC Family, and the Points of Light Foundation http://pointsoflight.org/, the magazine is offering cash grants totaling $50,000 that winning families can donate to the charities of their choice. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of creativity, impact on the community, and effect on the family. in order to enter, a family must have at least two members volunteering together: one at least 18 years old and one younger than 18.DisneyHand will donate $5,000 to the charity choices of five families and $1,000 to the charity choices of 25 families, for a total of $50,000. Designated charities must be either a 501(c)(3) or a public school.
