Welcome to the home page of THE NEW HAMPSHIRE BOARD
OF YOUTH VOLUNTEERS
In 2005, the first NH Board of Youth Volunteers, was established to bring together youth volunteers, from grades 7-12, to plan, organize, and execute the very first NH Youth Conference on Volunteerism. This board of youth, from across the state of NH, serves as a network of young volunteers who exemplify the power of youth service and youth leadership.
Attention students, teachers, advisors and school administrators!
Do YOU (or a student you know) have a passion to help others? Would you like to learn skills to become a better volunteer? Would you like to have fun meeting other outstanding young people like you from New Hampshire that are making a difference in their communities and beyond?
If yes, then this event was designed just for YOU!
The StarMight Foundation is inviting all New Hampshire middle and high schools, as well as, community & religious based youth service groups, to send student representatives from grades 5-12 to the very first Youth Conference on Volunteerism! We are looking for student participants who are simply curious about, very interested in, involved with and/or passionate about volunteering and community service.
Applications will be received on a first-come, first-serve basis but there is no limit on how many representatives each school/organization can nominate and send. There is also an opportunity for schools/organizations interested, to send one adult advisor to accompany their participants, but we must limit this number to one adult per school due to the size and nature of the event.
